Stayed here January 2014 - September 2014. I don't recommend this place if you're a quiet student like me (Might suit you if you're a partier) First of all before I even got in the amount of money they wanted upfront was ridiculous (€350 deposit + €250 service charges + €290 first month of rent = €890) right off the bat, I mean we're students, not freaking sultans! Then when I got in I discovered I had to share with other flatmates (Was expecting my own place) Although the staff were always friendly and helpful, when it came to handling complaints they were pretty much ineffective (Lets just say there's not enough rules there meaning little order in the complex) The noise was very excessive and seemed like students LOOOOVED to party from 11PM - 5AM while you're trying to sleep. I made a complaint about one flatmate having parties and making noise at 4AM with his drunken guests constantly but it seemed to make things worse. I ended up failing my course from a lack of sleep/many missed days from excessive noise (Oh and speaking of noise, I got stuck with the room next to the immersion so everytime someone used the water it would go "BRRRRRR!" I asked to change to a better room "No, it would mess up 'the system'" I was the only one left in the flat when I asked this question and there were FOUR empty rooms. Laundry aint free by the way, €6 to wash and dry your clothes and no guarantee they'll be available for you to use either. About once a month they have a guy come into your room to check your internet, seems rather invading when it comes to privacy. Some joker would randomly trip the fire alarms too. To top things off, my deposit came back to me 4 days late with €20 docked, for no reason, the apartment was spotless when I left it. Other than the bads, things were always fixed when they broke and they did let me stay the summer giving me free electricity, internet and refuse for the summer months, I still don't recommend this place although im sure there's probably worse.
