Was visiting some rellies in Cork at the weekend and passed the 'new' Dunnes. It's the birthplace of this Irish institution and they've taken over the entire block to make this a very big store. The food hall in the basment is massive. Seriously massive. All the other floors are equally big and are divided into the usual sections. There's a cafe on the top floor but I didn't go in, so can't tell you what that's like - but it looks decent enough...

Maybe the staff were still on their best behaviour after the opening but they were all noticeably smiling and friendly. Slightly weird but good.
